This year Cole had two costumes: a bat for trick or treating and Captain America for our family party. I kept asking him if he wanted to go trick or treating and he kept telling me no, even after explaining that he would get candy. But we took him anyway.
It didn't take him long to decide trick or treating wasn't half bad. We went to a few houses around my parents neighborhood and then we went to visit my grandparents. While we were there, Cole kept asking to go to more houses so Dave took him out around their neighborhood as well. And Cole STILL wanted to keep going.
The weekend before Halloween we had a family party.
